Direct Neurofeedback is a revolutionary way to work through many issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADD/ADHD, TBI, and insomnia. It sends a small signal to the brain that allows the brain to get out of rigid, stuck patterns.
Trauma & Abuse Counselling
Often trauma lives on through physical pain, challenges in our relationships, anxiety, depression and more. We'll focus on building resources and connecting to your internal capacity so that you feel well supported to work through past and present experiences that have been overwhelming for you. Working through past trauma can help you experience increased joy and less emotional/physical/mental distress. Trauma counselling can be done virtually or in our office in Maple Ridge.

Anxiety can present through overthinking, perfectionism, somatic complaints and more. We draw from a broad variety of therapeutic interventions to offer you effective relief from your anxiety. Our therapists see clients virtually or in our Maple Ridge office.
Individual Counselling offers help for a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain, anger, addiction, and stress. Our counsellors offer a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you to gain new skills and insights, and experience relief from overwhelming emotions, thoughts, and symptoms. Personal counselling is offered in person in Maple Ridge, and virtually Canada-wide.
Internal Family Systems Therapy
IFS is an evidence-based therapy that works well to bring long lasting change through accessing our innate capacity for healing. If you're looking for relief from chronic symptoms, anxiety, depression, disconnection from yourself or others and want to build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others, IFS offers hope and a path forward. IFS therapy is currently offered online only.
Eye Movement Reprocessing Therapy
EMDR is back by extensive research and offers a way to work through trauma and other distressing life situations. It involves bilateral stimulation, typically done through eye movements. If you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, negative self image and PTSD EMDR can bring lasting relief.
