Welcome to Revive Counselling. Starting the journey of finding a counsellor, and reaching out for help is no easy task! I'm so glad you've taken the time to seek out counselling and hope I'm able to assist you in your journey. It is my passion to help you heal!

Over the last 10 + years  as a counsellor, I have had many beautiful opportunities to come alongside people who are hurting, feeling stuck and struggling with their mental health. My hope and desire is to create a safe, grounded place where people can transform the relationship they have with themselves and others.

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, dissociation, chronic pain, abuse, body image, and self-esteem challenges. It is my joy and privilege to journey with each person through their struggles and pain and to see the amazing growth that results from each person's counselling process.

Many clients share that they feel heard, understood, and able to take what they have learned in therapy and continue to apply it long after our sessions are done. I am an avid believer in continuing my own growth through counselling, introspection, and education and find that this allows me to hold compassionate, non-judgmental space for each person.

I know the frustration and hopeless feelings of being stuck in pain and anxiety and not getting anywhere. I also know that there is potential for healing and growth, even through the most painful life experiences. I would be honoured to hold space for you.

I am a Clinical Traumatologist and hold a Master of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology from Trinity Western University. The Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association has certified me in good standing as a Canadian Certified Counsellor.

My approach largely draws from internal family systems, sensorimotor psychotherapy, direct neurofeedback, EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches. All of these approaches I have found to be revolutionary in working with many stuck issues. Much of my practice is informed by the latest research in interpersonal neurobiology.
